Cancellation Policy
At Havenly Design Co., we honor the time, preparation, and prayerful intention that goes into every consultation. We also understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer clarity, fairness, and grace for both our clients and our team.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before their scheduled time at no cost. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client and steward our time well.
Late Cancellations
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, a $50 late‑cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps cover the time and resources set aside specifically for your session.
Grace‑Based Exceptions
We believe in compassion and understanding. Fees may be waived in special circumstances such as:
• Severe weather
• Family or personal emergencies
• Illness
• Other unforeseen situations that genuinely prevent attendance
